Whether you are in crisis or being proactive with your mental health, I am committed to
providing holistic and inclusive services that are welcoming to all clients and their
biological or chosen identities. My style is honest, straightforward, and egalitarian. I
create individualized treatment plans with my clients using a variety of evidence-based
theories and practices to attend to their specific goals. I use a systemic lens, meaning I
will work with my clients to explore all systems and areas in life that may be impacting
them.

My Approach & Values

I am trained in and use a wide variety of therapy practices, but my preference is cognitive behavioral therapies, narrative, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.  I have worked with a diverse population of individuals and I am currently inviting children and adolescents, adults, couples, and families to come work with me.
