I am an active therapist that offers tools, action plans and homework based upon my client’s needs, but am also happy just listening and providing support. I have years of experience in various clinical settings, and use various evidence based approaches to support you. These approaches include cognitive behavioral, solution focused, adlerian and person-centered techniques.
